Duke Nukem Forever has seemingly been in production forever. In fact, the long-awaited PC title has been in the hopper for 10 years. While some thought the game might be axed, it appears Duke Nukem Forever is closer to becoming a reality than previously in its long history. In an interview with YouGamers, 3D Realms CEO Scott Miller confirmed that the title was still in development and that significant progress was being made.
What the hell happened to Duke Nukem Forever? 3D Realms hasn't released an internally produced game since Shadow Warrior, a shooter that ran on an advanced version of the Build engine. Someone screwed up along the way, and, thankfully, 3D Realms is finally starting to admit that publicly as Duke Nukem Forever finally becomes a reality.
An updated company profile of 3D Realms found at Gamasutra's Job Seekers web site has revealed a small in-game screenshot of Duke Nukem Forever.
It's looking likely that the Duke has hung up his RPG for the very last time.
Duke Nukem Forever promised so much back when it was first announced that it was going to redefine the first-person genre just as the original had.

Hudson Entertainment, the American subsidiary of Tengai Makyou (Far East of Eden) makers Hudson, announced that its action RPG Dungeon Explorer Warriors of Ancient Arts has gone gold. The game, which will be available for PlayStation Portable and Nintendo DS is on track to ship in the US on February 12th at a retail price of $29.99 USD.
