Nintendo Directs will go on

Nintendo has announced that its famous video streams will return. After the sad passing of President and, of course, Nintendo Direct staple Satoru Iwata earlier this year, there has been no mention of the broadcasts until now. “Nintendo Directs will continue," the company has told IGN. "but we have no details to provide now on who will be featured or the topics that will be covered.”

Nintendo has a new CEO, Tatsumi Kimishima, while acting heads Genyo Takeda and Shigeru Miyamoto are now 'Technology Fellow' and 'Creative Fellow.' Nintendo is clearly going through some big changes and while it's good to know Nintendo Directs will be back, it's hard to imagine what they will be like without Iwata's presence.
