New image from Jonah Hex

After the disappointing Clash Of The Titans remake, can we count on the soon-to-be-released Jonah Hex to bring us the red-blooded action that we’re craving?

The answer to that is still up in the air. But there’s no denying Josh Brolin looks all kinds of ass-bad in the Hex get-up.

Last week Entertainment Weekly featured a brand new image of Brolin all scarred up and sneery as the titular anti-hero, and Warner Bros have just released a hi-res version online (courtesy of Collider ).

In Hex , the titular bounty hunter is tasked with taking down a terrorist who wants to unleash Hell on Earth. If Hex succeeds, he will earn his freedom.

The flick, directed by Toy Story animator Jimmy Hayward, hits US screens on 18 June. Still no UK release set...

Hopeful Hex will deliver?
