NeverDead interview – Shinta Nojiri talks about the merits of having a detachable head

A unique take on immortality makes for a different type of action game

NeverDead's hero Bryce may be an immortal demon hunter, but he's certainly not invulnerable, and he's definitely far from perfect. We recently caught up with Bryce's creator and NeverDead lead designer Shinta Nojiri to talk about the pros and cons of having detachable body parts.

    I'm super stoked for this game. Not expecting to be blown out of the water by it, but genuinely interested in the concept. Hopefully it has some surprises for me.

    I didn't realize how good this game's graphics are. It's not Battlefield 3, but the lighting effects still look great. I'm no graphics whore, but good graphics are always a nice bonus. Really looking forward to this game.
