Not to mention that Dark Sector became the origin for WarFrame
  • daniel-acree - June 24, 2014 2:42 p.m.

  • JDHutch - June 24, 2014 11:01 a.m.

Yea Chromehounds multiplayer was a blast for me. Unfortunately thats been taking down for awhile now, single player only from now on =(.
  • SilentBob420BMFJ - May 28, 2014 5:36 p.m.

Why, WHY do they make you click next for every fucking game?! I can't stand sites that do this. I'm looking for this list but in a sane format, you know, something a complete moron wouldn't do. What's wrong with 10 or 20 games per page? Seriously, are you trying to give suspense to 100 f'n games on some list? We don't care, we just want to see the list. Loading each page, going thru all 100, see how long that takes you... Ridiculous.

as a "blood thirsty metal head" I was really happy to see Splatterhouse & Shadows of the Damned getting some recognition here. As well as Alice & Metro. All thoroughly enjoyable games in my opinion, that far surpassed my expectations.

O god Brothers what a pile of ****. That Darkness though *MMM* XD
  • treeroy - April 30, 2014 4:05 p.m.

I'm glad Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons is on there. It's sad that it was overlooked by many, because to me it is the best game ever made. Also, Red Faction: Guerrilla should be on here, for being such an absolute blast.
  • Deth65 - April 30, 2014 2:19 p.m.

I agree that everyone should play Nier. I have played 7 on this and I have a few others mentioned setting on the shelf for someday. I also need to finish El Shaddai someday...

It's funny, I like JRPG's but I never really get overly enthusasitic unless it's Kingdom Hearts, I am one of those insane people who is willing to buy a new console for KH. That said Kingdom Hearts has nothing on my love for TWEWY, seriously when I was on roadtrips or bored during lunchbreaks that's all I played for a long time and it disappointed the hell out of me that so few people understood how good of a game it was until recently when KH and the remake came out. I'm not complaining that it's starting to turn heads now, I just want a damn sequel.

What about Brink! The most overlooked/underrated shooter of all time! It's the original titanfallesque shooter.
  • zegamer - March 5, 2014 6 p.m.

The problem with brink is that it's the same thing over and over again, no matter which map or which side you're on. Yes you could say the same things for other games, but I dunno. It just felt...dull. Even with all the parkour stuff in the game.
  • maxvons - March 5, 2014 11:49 a.m.

And wtf, is Metro: Last Light overlooked?? Lots of people I know played it, and the reviews and youtube videos were all over the place. I played it too. Extremely good game TBH. The atmosphere of the game is actually incredibly well designed, and the graphics are second to none. The story is good too, and the voice acting is superb. The gameplay was actually quite nice too, but I bought it for the atmosphere and story.
  • maxvons - March 5, 2014 11:43 a.m.

I've played Ratchet and Clank Into the Nexus. It's awesome.
  • doominatorx6 - January 24, 2014 1:57 p.m.

All these racing games and no mention of Driver San Francisco? Maybe it's just because I've been playing it a lot lately, but that game was a wonderful return to form for a franchise that was comatose for something like six years. Also, bang on with the Juarez games. Barring that abomination The Cartel, that's a franchise work checking out.
  • cgriff63 - January 24, 2014 1:50 p.m.

I would love to play a new Golden Sun, especially given the cliffhanger they left the end of dark dawn on.
  • bettermetalsnake95 - January 24, 2014 1:44 p.m.

Just my opinion but I think Gun deserves to be on this list quite a bit more than the Call of Juarez games, I really loved Gun and I thought it was the be all end all to western games until Red Dead Redemption was released.
  • gamr-bro - April 30, 2014 6:35 p.m.

    I agree
  • FoxdenRacing - January 24, 2014 12:23 p.m.

No point in putting Chromehounds on the list, in terms of 'go back for it, what are you waiting for?' It relied on a persistent world server which has been gone for years, removing the multiplayer capabilities completely; you can't even go in and see your garage now.
  • ihopethisisnotantistasblood - January 24, 2014 12:19 p.m.

henry hatsworth is one of the best games i played on ds
  • Shnubby - January 24, 2014 12:10 p.m.

Ah, The House of the Dead Overkill's ending surely is something else! I really wish they'd bring out a sequel! I know I already commented before about this but damn, Nier, Asura's Wrath and Enslaved are bloody great games!
