This opened on 13 February, but we didn't get the chance to review MK2 in Issue 14. So if you're still thinking about going to see it, here are some details. The plot: "It's Good versus Bad in the ultimate, futuristic martial arts battle. Again." The low-down: "Essentially it's the original MK, but bigger, faster, louder and CGI - er. Dark, brash, wholly repetitive and fast-cut to the banging sounds of a techno soundtrack, Mortal Kombat II: Annihilation should appeal to die-hard video games players. But to very few others."
