@Shadowfox: It might be nice to mention that its actually the AK-74u thats the submachine gun. The AK-47 is the assault rifle

Awww man, Sorry radar uk... but this guide sucks! you should be ashamed... the G3 fires one round at a time for christ sakes and this barely covers even half of the available weapons and perks. Even as a beginner guide this sucks royal! If you don't want to try then don't do it!

typo on my first post on this page This article is a little *inaccurate, and half of the people commenting are idiots that have never played a Wii FPS in their life.

@ grahktherock: Get a life.. You PS3/360 fanboy. Go play a Wii FPS shooter, before you judge them, moron. @ lovinmyps3: This game is obviously meant for players who have never played the original COD4. Even though the hardcore fan base of the Wii--may not be as big as the 360/PS3 HC fanbase.. It still exists. CoD:WaW Wii--that came out along with the PS3/360/PC versions, was a really watered down FPS port (only had 8 maps, 8 players and variations of TDM, HC, FFA), but very good by Wii standards And within 13 months--the wii version of CoD:WaW Wii managed to sell 1.34 MILLION copies around the world!!! http://www.vgchartz.com/games/game.php?id=23991&region=All So far CoD:WaW Wii has gotten great scores by critics since last year--an 83/10 AVG by metacritic. http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/wii/callofdutyworldatwar?q=world%20at%20war%20wii Unfortunately... CoD:MW Reflex was not advertised whatsoever at all--by Activision! It was practically dwarfed by CoD:MW2. Activision did not even credit Treyarch (the developers that ported COD4 to the Wii) on the boxart of the game, or the opening credits, except for the end credits! It just goes to show me how shady Activision is--even if it happens to be a 2 year old port! So far, in it's first 3 weeks, this game has managed to sell almost .2 Million worldwide--which is very close to how much CoDWaW Wii sold last year, during it's 1st 3 weeks, and yet again.. This game recieved no advertisment from Activision whatsoever. I can't say for sure if CoD:MW Reflex will surpass CoD:WaW Wii in sales--in it's life time.. But I would be surprised if it doesn't. Already, it has almost 2X as much critic reviews on metacritic, then last year's WaW Wii. http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/wii/callofdutymodernwarfare?q=modern%20warfare%20reflex Other than that... For the Wii owners out there who have never owned the original COD4, and like FPS games--this is the best online Wii FPS out there, and I highly recommend it! Don't worry bout gameradar's low score on this game, or most of the [ignorant] comments on this page (with most of them not even playing a Wii FPS in their lives I bet), this game is very underrated, and I consider to you to get this game, if you don't have a PS3/360!

This article is a little accurate, and half of the people commenting are idiots that have never played a Wii FPS in their life. I'm not sure why GamesRadar--would give this game a 7/10 (in house version a 6.8/10), and bother to write a guide in the first place. I can understand that they would write "some" weapons/perks, but some of the ones they've already written aren't even accurate! AK-47u does exactly the SAME damage as MP5 (40 damage per bullet at CQC and 20 from a certain distance and onwards) ! The only differences between the two guns are that the AK-47u has better wall penetration, different reload times, and the MP5 shares ammo with the M9 pistol. The RPD is one of the most powerful autos in the game--does 40 damage per bullet! SP is a must for just about every weapon except for the shotguns, and some of the sniper rifles--in core mode. Just to let everyone know.. All weapons, weapon attachments, perks, weapon and perk statistics, challenges, maps (original 16, aka non DLC maps), and modes (minus groundwar) from the PS3/360/PC versions have been ported to the game. The only things that are missing that I can think of: are split screen multiplayer, kill cam, less players online(no groundwar), voice chat, and DLC maps. Other than that, it's a pretty identical port, and it's gotten generally favorable reviews via metacritic. http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/wii/callofdutymodernwarfare?q=modern%20warfare%20reflex

And another thing: Is this really all the guns available in the game or is this just the best guns? Cuz i honestly would not be surprised if this is all.
  • Cwf2008 - December 10, 2009 2:13 a.m.

Heres the thing about the real AK-47: Its powerful, its incredibly reliable (far more than our rifles sadly), and devestating, yet its only effective at close to mid range. At long range it is completely ineffective and loses out to pretty much any other assault rifle.
  • TheWebSwinger - December 10, 2009 2:09 a.m.

Not to be thaaat guy, but you suggested both Stopping Power and Sleight of Hand for the RPD, though they both occupy the same perk slot.
  • Felixthecat - December 9, 2009 11:26 p.m.

I thought this was for MW2 too, but ah well. @grahktherock - Haha, fanboy dumbass.
  • lovinmyps3 - December 9, 2009 11:21 p.m.

@TheHolyHandGrenade Actually the Claymore X2 perk was in the PS3/360 versions. Claymores didn't replace your grenade until MW2. And also I love your username! XD I think the Wii version is kinda pointless. The majority of people that own Wiis would not be playing a game like this and the people that do want to play games like CoD most likely have other consoles also that they could play on. It doesn't really make any sense to make a Wii version.

you idiots asking for the modern warfare 2 version, it takes TIME to get the right feel for weapons in a multiplayer game.
  • heinrich1223 - December 9, 2009 10:42 p.m.

this was a pretty lazy article, sort of misleading if you're someone new to this and think stopping power and juggernaut go together, but who knows, maybe its something they do in the wii version, in which case, they brought down the standard big time xD
  • grahktherock - December 9, 2009 10:40 p.m.

  • key0blade - December 9, 2009 10:37 p.m.

  • ricono - December 9, 2009 9:44 p.m.

man i was confused but then realized it was for wiis cod 4
  • wiitard07 - December 9, 2009 9:39 p.m.

Crap, I thought this was gonna be about MW2...
  • grahktherock - December 9, 2009 9:21 p.m.

LOL cod on the wii. "Hey soccer moms, annoying brats and girlfriends, check out the game we enjoyed 2 years ago on our real systems" To avoid nintendos brainwashing, when a wii commercial comes on, or its feature on good morning america or your local news, turn the channel. Do what any respectable gamer would, open your door and drop kick it into the street!! I hate the wii and how much its sold if you cant tell
  • TheHolyHandGrenade - December 9, 2009 9:21 p.m.

@shortish this is for the wii verson of cod4 (notice the clamors x2 perk that never existed on the ps3, xbox, and pc)
  • yoyoguy - December 9, 2009 8:55 p.m.

ugh... this reminds me of all the bad times i had in cod4, but the sequel fixed all that
  • shortish - December 9, 2009 8:05 p.m.
