Pitch Guess Strategy

Before the pitcher pitches press R2. Hold it and press either triangle, square, X, or circle. If you pressed circle then whatever pitch is next to circle on the pitchers chart.
You should usually guess fastball because that is the easiest to hit a homerun off of. Also a pitcher usually pitches a fastball. If you guess fastball and you are right the outside of the strike zone chart will flash red. If you see it flash red then definitely swing no matter what kind of pitch you guessed. This hint will get you hitting home runs in no time!

Easy Inside the Parkers

After you hit a single keep running to second base the ball will probably get to the second baseman before you do so turn around and run back, right AFTER the second baseman throws to first turn around and run back again and if you did this right the first baseman should lay down the tag for about 1 second the hold the ball and let you get to second. You can use this on every base like 2 to 3 or 3 to home.

Easy Wins in Franchise Mode

When you enter franchise mode put the innings per game setting on 1. Be the Yankees or another good team. Trade for Dodgers CP Eric Gagne. Then trade all your SP for good hitting position players. Make Gagne start every game. Since he only has to pitch one inning and he is almost perfect at everything but stamina, with your newly acquired hitters you should almost never lose.
