Get Easier Chips and Style Changes
This is a way to get easy chips while getting chips you don't have on your folder (regular chips). You must have beaten Alpha, then go to Hades Isle and battle Protoman and get his chip. Then go to the secret area and beat both Dark Man and Japan Man. After that, put Collect on the Navi Cust (located at one of the walls at the WWW base) and battle Protoman again. Beat him a lot of times and get his chip. Once you have battled a lot of times and collected his chip (collect around 30 chips) go to the beach and then to the DNN studio. Go to the chip trader there and use all the Protoman Chips you have. It will most likely get chips you don't have on your folder. After you have done this 2 times, jack into the net and battle one virus. You should either get another style change or level up.

Go to Scilab and go to the job BBS right after the N1 Grand Prix. Click on "rare chips for cheap". Go to Yai's house and jack into her old telephone on the wall. Then, inside, go to the top left corner. Talk to a guy. He tries to rob you, and the only way to beat his viruses is to use a chip that hurts more than 150 damage to multiple enemies in one attack (I used a time bomb). He then says he's sorry and gives you 10,000 zennys.

Easy Way to Beat Bowlman
Chips needed: Life Aura, Lava Stage, Geddon Three, Sanctuary, your best P.A and *optional* folder back
Style needed: heat anything
Programs: Float Shoes (only if you don't have a heat style)
First use Lava Stage and let him run around and kill himself. If he gets on an empty tile charge shot him or get him with a good chip. Once he clears his side use Geddon 3, then Sanctuary.
Make sure you have both in the chip window and don't use Geddon 3 until the custom gauge is full and you can get to sanctuary before you poisen yourself
Then light him up with charge shots and chips until you can use your P.A. After that use folder back (if you chose it) to get your P.A over and over again, or shoot and chip him to death. Your choice.

How to Annihilate Flame Man!
To easily delete Flame man in 3 simple steps:
1. Whenever he summons the candles, DESTROY them before (or after) they affect you.
2. Attack with strongest current chip (make sure you hit him!)
3. Continue process until death.

All you have to do is to find and defeat bubblemans 3 guys the first time.(you dont actully fight them, you fight virus's.)
Secret Area Doors
There are doors in the secret area that can only be opened in certain ways.The first door will only open if you have over 140 kinds of chips(not including mega or giga chips!).Beware,right after you open the first door, you will imediatly face DarkMan.I have no clue how to open the door of trust since it opened as soon as I found it.To open the door of power, all you have to do is get ONE giga chip.The easiest one to get is FolderBac, since all you need to do is give a BugFrag Trader 200 BugFrags,although I can't remember how to get to him.I think you have to go through the statue on Hades Isle to get there.Beware, as soon as you open the door of power, you will immediately face JapanMan (YamatoMan).I have no idea how to open the door of Love, or any ones past that.
Secret Area
After you beat the game (a yellow star will be next to continue), jack into the Undernet server and press the a button next to the hole thingy.The torches flames will turn green, then go out.Megaman's data will then be transferred into the secret area.
note:You can't jack out in the secret area.
How to get iceball M(a very rare chip)
To get iceball M you must be past the n1 grand prix. go to beach square and buy the program fish. install it in the navicust. Go to hades island and jack in. walk around and you will soon encounter a strong virus named coldhead.beat him and you will get iceball M.NOTE:(this may take up to 5 min. to find him.) iceball M takes away 120 hp and turns the spot it hit to ice.

Put three "Rooks" in front of you. Then use a "Holypanel". After that, use a combination of Dream Aura, Mole 3, Fanfare, and Invis. This is very effective against Fishies, bosses, etc.

Ok this isn't really a code but it can tell you were the 5 Nazi's from the N1 are..

1:At the ACDC school in the room before the principals office.
2:At Yoka zoo behind the building..when the animals go wild and then break down the gate that's were another is.
3:At Yoka Zoo at the Hot Springs.
4:At Sci Lab in the Lobby.
