Chapter 13: A Fat Bald Dude With a Bad Temper (9 parts, 7 clues)

MPK: part 1

After the short cutscene involving the prisoners and the cops, continue forward to the end of the hall. Turn left and grab the part from the cell door.

After you grab the MPK part, continue down the hall and around the corner. Enter the shower room on your right to find another part on the ground.


Clue 1: Tourist

Navigating the rest of the cell block can be confusing, so you should kill all the enemies and reach the exit but don’t leave. Instead, turn around, go down the hall, turn right, then right again. At the end of this hall you’ll notice the tourist inside one of the cells. Talk to him for a clue.


Clue 2: Prison Log

Upon entering the security booth, walk just past the switch and investigate the laptop for a clue.


Law

As soon as you enter the parking garage (after blowing up the APC), look for the dumpster on the left wall. The part is just behind this dumpster.


G6 Commando
: part 1

After you climb some stairs and go back outside, you’ll notice two guards with their backs turned to you. Take them out first if you want, then turn around and look for a short wall at the other end of the alley. Behind that wall is a part.


MPK
: part 2

Once inside the gym, look for the men’s locker room (there are two entrances). Inside on the floor you’ll find a part.


G6 Commando
: part 2

Leave the gym and enter the kitchen. This part is behind the checkout counter.


Clue 3: Promissory Note

Exit the kitchen and enter the room labeled “Administracao,” located just across from the café entrance. Look for a note inside this office on one of the desks.


MPK
: part 3

Once you enter the atrium, check out the room on your left for a gun part.


G6 Commando
: part 3

After you collect the third part of the MPK, check out the office on the opposite end of the atrium. On the floor there will be a part.


Clue 4: Political Folder

After clearing out the fifth floor, head back to where you initially took cover, for reference. Check the second office on the right. There on a desk you’ll find an open file.


Clue 5: E-File on Da Silva

Again, from where you originally took cover on the fifth floor look for the police logo on the far wall. Check the laptop in the office to the left of that logo for another clue.


Clue 6: Slide Show

Once in the briefing room walk over to the podium and start the slide show. Flip through every single slide and the clue will ‘unlock.’


Clue 7: Flak Vest

This clue/vest is hanging very close to the security door release button. It’s hard to miss.


Law
: part 3

As soon as you enter the firing range, you’ll take cover behind a tall stack of sandbags. Clear the room of enemies and then check behind this stack for the chapter’s last part.

    Thanks for the the effort. I'm a dummy and I miss things but MP3 is a hell of a lot of fun to play and I like the idea of golden guns. Though, on my machine, the videos have been cut out or just don't work, the first 4 chapters have been just what I needed. Short and concise. I'll continue tomorrow. I've had no problem finding all clues and golden parts.

    Guides not very informative. Like for example some parts if you haven't played the game through already you are unsure whether you've gotten to it yet, or missed it. For example: "Just after the conversation between Max and Rodrigo, turn Max around. There’s a gun part just behind him near the waterfall, one which you may have seen before the cutscene." Now I restarted just before this part because I'd played on and because of the little information I thought I'd missed it, so I restarted to find out I'd not missed it and I'd restarted for nothing. Okay, fair enough. Maybe that isn't the fault of this guide... But my next issue is which is what's annoyed me most. "MD-97L: part 3" After the massive gunfight in the main lobby, turn around and look for the glass-encased building model. Next to the model is a part, so break the glass and grab it up. This really annoyed me because after several attempts and dying I finally finished the massive gunfight which includes killing the big guy in the bomb suit with the LMG. Right... so turn around and grab the gun peice out of the cabinet? Awesome... if only that was correct... The game cuts to a cutscene which then results in Max being blown off a balcony which then you can't even replay from last checkpoint. So thank you very much for wasting my bloody time. I'm going to find a more informative guide that actually will tell me if I need to grab a gun peice before or after I kill the final guy... seriously... thanks for the guide but also thanks for wasting my time.

    I realize this comment is nine months later, but I don't think your example show any issue with the guide. I've used the guide easily through the game. For the first example, it clearly shows a waterfall. You simply play until you see that waterfall and get the part, there's no sense in why you restarted. The second example is awkward, as well. After the lobby fight you break the glass and pick up the part. Your problem is that you walked 10 feet past the glass case toward the elevator, which the game clearly states is the next plot juncture. Instead, you should have followed the guide and looked for the case, then retrieved your part, not continue to walk past the case and board the elevator. The game makes a good point of having checkpoints after cut-scenes. So, in case you did walk past a part/clue and triggered a cut scene, just pause and exit to the dashboard. Continue from the last save point and you should only be a few minutes behind.

    How did that happen?, because i got every goldengun and clue in the game with the help of this guide, this is the best guide for this game.

    I got all the Golden Guns but when i go to play the story again i still don't have Unlimited Ammo like it say i should... Is there some way that i have to enable it or something??? thanks

    In story go through and just highlight the grinds for the golden guns you've collected and it should give you unlimited ammo that's what i did and it works now.

    Thanks for the guide, this is exactly what I needed on a weekend with no internet connection, a copy of Max Payne 3, and a phone with a connection to the internet.

    Nice! I was actually looking for a guide like this in the weekend! Also, props for the parody intro, made me laugh a lot specially because at first it seriously sounded like how Max actually talks in game XD
