This one's on the back of a pillar, facing a fake store display on the south side of the street.
First things first: find your way to the cathedral just north of the arrow above. Approach it from the western entrance and hang a right into the churchyard.
Jog south past the tombstones, and you'll find the next poster due south of the cathedral, on the inside of a fence column.
To the northwest of the cathedral, you'll find a building with star-spangled banners on its eastern entrance. Head past them to where the arrow's pointing below:
Once you're up the steps, turn around. The next wanted poster will be on the back of one of the pillars.
This one's easy: just find the big sculpture at the southeast corner of the Titania building, just across the street from the Empire Arms Hotel.
Duck around behind the sculpture, and the next wanted poster is yours.
This one's about a block west of where you found poster 86, but it's a little tougher to find. Look for the shady, walled area at the end of the street and head northwest.
As you get close to the corner of the fence, you'll see the next poster, previously hidden by a tree's branches.
Underneath the elevated tracks at the Southport-Midtown border, there's a huge, open walkway with stone steps. If you're heading north through it, you'll see this alley on your right, just before you hit the stairs.
Head into it and look to your left. The next wanted poster is hiding just next to a doorframe.
Just across the street from the churchyard is a shady alley with a small dumpster; the next wanted poster is visible from the sidewalk.
Nose around to the left of where the red arrow is above, and you'll find a staircase leading up to the roof of a one-story building. Head up there.
Once you're on the roof, go north across the plank bridge. The next poster will be on the inside of the little decorative wall on your right.
Just south (or north) of the red arrow above, you'll see an entrance to an alleyway guarded by a large gate. Kick it open and head into the alley.
Once you've reached the courtyard, take a look at the southwest wall. The next poster is partially hidden behind a dumpster.
Just northeast of the burger icon above, you'll see a gated fence. As you should know by now, gates exist only to be kicked open.
Go through the gate and head southeast, and you'll see the next poster sitting next to a jackable car:
Nose around near the bend in the freeway shown above, and you'll find an auto-repair shop in its shadow. Next to it is a big gate. You know what to do.
This one's on the eastern face of one of those X-shaped apartment towers, right by the door.
If you're near the end of the story, this one's right under your nose - or, rather, right above it. Check the top floor of Marty's apartment building.
Once you're up there, the next poster is clearly visible on the wall.
The next poster's in a grungy-looking parking lot in the northwest corner of Oyster Bay, hidden behind a rickety fence and an abandoned wreck of a car.
This one can be a little tough to find, but it's just off the westernmost street in Oyster Bay, hiding on a retaining wall next to a long row of bushes.
This one's hiding behind the chain-link fence of a fenced-in lot; kick down the door and take what's yours.
You'll find this one on the large corner of sidewalk pictured above, one the south side of an apartment building next to a fence and a hill.
You'll find the next one hiding on the western wall of a huge alleyway, hiding by some storage units and a dumpster full of junk.
