While solving cases, the dispatcher will call periodically with street crimes. When accepted by pressing the A/X button, head to the yellow running man on the map and complete the crime. Once you have solved 20 of the cases, Johnny on the Spot is all yours.

Keep A Lid On

15 Points
Bronze Trophy
Complete a brawl without losing your hat as an LAPD Detective or Investigator.

There are numerous times throughout the campaign where things will come to fisticuffs. I found that the fights earlier in the game were easier to keep your hat on and likewise more difficult later on in the game. When you first get into the brawl, immediately pull the left trigger to get into your stance and then dodge the first punch. Once dodged, then start laying the beat down on your opponent. Grapple with Y/Triangle after a couple hits and then finish him off, all while keeping your lid on.

Lead Foot

15 Points
Bronze Trophy
Keep the needle above 80mph for more than ten seconds while driving.

While this can be done is the regular police car that you get in your first case as a detective, it is easier to do with quicker cars.Find one of the hidden cars marked with a ? on the map and then put the pedal to the metal. The easier places to sustain the high speed are in areas where there is less traffic, like the south east of LA, as well, try to head down hills and avoid traffic at all costs. While there is no speedometer, you’ll have to judge when your car is at top speed and keep it flying across the black top for 10 seconds.

Magpie

Points 80
Gold Trophy
Find and inspect 95% of all clues.

For this, you’ll need to keep an eye open for all the clues in the game- at each and every crime scene during each of the 21 cases. You are able to miss a few, but you really should be going for all of them to make sure you hit the 95% mark. At each crime scene, be sure you keep collecting all clues until the music stops, indicating that you have found them all.

You can keep checking your progress in the statistics menu to see how close you are getting.Once you get this achievement/trophy, you can start having your partner drive everywhere because you’ll most likely be sick and tired of driving by then.
