The items with OPT on the end appear to be ammo packs. The items with SIL on the end are silencer models of the weapons. If you health drops, you can type health 100 to go to full health again. You can't GIVEITEM more items than you have room for in your inventory

Faster Run Recharge
When you run at full speed and you get tired in stead of waiting for your bar to regain full energy while standing lay down and your run bar should refill faster
