Enable the "Level select" code(see below). Then, hold L1 during the "Loading"
screen.

Enable the "Level select" code(see below). Then, hold R1 during the "Loading"
screen.

Level select:

Hold Up + X + Start at the text credits opening screen and select "Load
Game".
