Halo 4 multiplayer guide

Haven

The Halo series has become accustom to featuring a number of iconic maps in each game. Maps that players call their “go to” map. Haven might just be one of those maps in Halo 4. A two-storied map, Haven offers a variety of gameplay, both out in the open on one story, and closed corridors on the other. It’s also a map where modes like King of the Hill shine bright with hectic gameplay and countless respawns. Sure, it may not feature any vehicles, but it’ll promise to keep you on your toes with every move you make.

Power Weapons

Scattershot
The scattershot is located in the bottom portion of the map, resting directly under the map’s centerpiece, where both spawns meet.

Sticky Detonator
The sticky detonator rests below the map’s first floor in one of the corridors. It’s located close to a stairwell that leads to the map’s second floor and centerpiece.

Other Weapons

Needler
Grenades
Random Drop Weapons

Gameplay Tips

Haven is constructed in such a way that it keeps you moving. Doing otherwise will result in agonizing death, trust us. If you’re battling above ground, be aware that grenades will be flying in on the central location in the middle of the map, and it’s also the spot where enemies will be in abundance. Below ground, be aware of enemies attempting to flank you, especially foes falling from the battlegrounds above. There aren’t many places below ground to resort to like there is above, so keep your eye on opportunities to kill enemies who aren’t expecting your arrival.

Hello common984 It's nice to see such good manners on a message board so I'll go easy on you. This is http://www.gamesradar.com, not http://www.shun-happymall.com. I know this can be confusing if you are new to the internet but there are some helpful hints. The address bar (that white one at the top of your screen) should tell you where you are as well the word "GamesRadar" printed pretty much everywhere. Another hint is what the website is presenting. In this case it's games, games, GAMES! Not suspicious bargins, missed deliveries, EMPTY BANK ACCOUNTS! That would be the website you erroreously welcomed us to. I Know you meant http://www.gamesradar.com but I have to stress this. We don't want users accidently going to that website. It's full of spyware and dubious trading. Be careful, yourself. Anyways, welcome to http://www.gamesradar.com and thank you for being so friendly.

That's very good and well Mr. Steinlage, but you still haven't thought the most important factor of Halo: how to present ourselves to the online community. What racist comments do I use to show off my superiority? How should I phrase my death threats if somebody gets a lucky shot on me? How long should I stalk their accounts? And what is the best way to quickly teabag a downed player whilst making homophobic remarks without a sense of irony?

You know, I probably should have included that! I personally like the "I'M GOING TO HACK YOUR ACCOUNT" threats that I regularly receive!
