Abandon

Abandon is one of Halo 4’s smallest maps, laid out asymmetrically, and is strictly designed for close-quarters gameplay, as no vehicles are present. This map takes place outdoors in a hostile enemy location with a science facility located in the middle of the map, making for some fast, confrontation-focused action.

The scattershot can be found on the bottom floor of the scientific facility located in the middle of the map.

Gameplay Tips

Abandon plays friendly to each of Halo 4’s multiplayer modes, though it caters primarily to Slayer due to its size. We suggest going into battle on this map using the standard assault rifle, along with a perk that suits a confrontational map (i.e. Promethean vision). Using battle rifles and other ranged weapons on Abandon is quite difficult as trees and higher ground blocks your range of sight, and allows enemies ample time to sneak up on you and get a round into your body before you can react.

    That's very good and well Mr. Steinlage, but you still haven't thought the most important factor of Halo: how to present ourselves to the online community. What racist comments do I use to show off my superiority? How should I phrase my death threats if somebody gets a lucky shot on me? How long should I stalk their accounts? And what is the best way to quickly teabag a downed player whilst making homophobic remarks without a sense of irony?

    Hello common984 It's nice to see such good manners on a message board so I'll go easy on you. This is http://www.gamesradar.com, not http://www.shun-happymall.com. I know this can be confusing if you are new to the internet but there are some helpful hints. The address bar (that white one at the top of your screen) should tell you where you are as well the word "GamesRadar" printed pretty much everywhere. Another hint is what the website is presenting. In this case it's games, games, GAMES! Not suspicious bargins, missed deliveries, EMPTY BANK ACCOUNTS! That would be the website you erroreously welcomed us to. I Know you meant http://www.gamesradar.com but I have to stress this. We don't want users accidently going to that website. It's full of spyware and dubious trading. Be careful, yourself. Anyways, welcome to http://www.gamesradar.com and thank you for being so friendly.
