GTA 5 letter scrap locations guide

South Los Santos

Locations

38: For this scrap, go all the way to the end of the Del Perro Pier and look for Pearls restaurant on the right side. The scrap will be on the second floor, so get up there, take the stairs to the right of the medical building and then cross the bridge over to the restaurant.

39: in Vespucci, just west of the tennis courts, where the water surrounded houses are, go down the stairs to the water and look under the bridge to the south. The scrap will be in the center ledge.

40: Make your way to Vespucci beach and look for the skaters hanging out at the empty pools along the board walk. When you spot it, hop in and the scrap will be at the bottom of the bowl.

41: At the south end of the airport on the ground floor, look beside the red LSIA sign and in front of the blue sets to find the scrap on the ground there.

42: for this scrap, you’ll need to get yourself up to the circular platform underneath the odd looking structure in the center of the airport. To get up there, you’ll need to land a chopper or go for a parachute dive.

43: At the port of Los Santos, look for the green and blue tug boat that is in dry dock. Board the boat and the scrap will be at the front of the boat in front of the cabin.

44: Make your way to Grove St. and look behind this house for the scrap. Grove St. 4 Life.

45: Drive to the Mega Mall and look inside the large green dumpster in the parking lot.

46: On the Vespucci Blvd bridge, look inside the archway on the bridge just before you get to Popular St.

47: At the Elysian Fields highway, north of the terminal to the south, there is a train tunnel just to the west. It is a separate track beside the freeway that makes a turn to the north. Jump on the train tracks and run through the tunnel going north. Eventually you will come to an alcove on the left with some boxes and the scrap will be there.

48: Make your way to the Terminal at the south part of the city and go to the large cargo lifter where some guys are standing around. Climb to the top and then drop down to the purple container below. Go west across a white contain and then jump over to a blue container where the scrap is.

49: Make your way to the car scrap yard in the oil fields and inside the middle building on the right, there will be a small office. Look to the side of the building to see half of a bus and the scrap will be inside.

50: On the very east coast, just east of the Palomino Highlands, there is a small island. Look to the north end, on the east side of it to find the scrap of paper there.

Can someone help Me With Finding #7?
  • Snapey - June 3, 2014 3:13 p.m.

It was the last 1 that I found, the picture shown isn't where the paper is located, I found it within seconds when I used a helicopter, I flew in from the East heading West over the water, that way you can see the big hill/mound near to where the person posted the number on the map above, the paper is right on the edge as far away from the upper road there, i have provided a picture of the location, red circle is where the paper is, yellow is where the uploader of the page was stood. http://i1295.photobucket.com/albums/b629/Richard_Snape/2014-06-03230737_zpsf83a5c65.jpg

Went through the entire list after I had finished the story missions of the game. I had collected a couple of the scraps during those missions as they appeared. After following the list of 50 Ive found only 49? As I didn't keep a record of which ones I had found, is there any way to see what scraps you've actually collected so I don't have to revisit each and every location to make sure I collected there???? Any help would be HUGELY!!!!! appreciated

I can't find #24… I been there but nothing is there! Anyone else having this problem?
  • jamie-sales - January 21, 2014 5:17 p.m.

Idk if you've found it yet (I assume you have), but for anybody else coming to this page for help #24 on the map is in the wrong place. Just go to the observatory and head north til you hit the stand with the big orange ball. (That you can totally knock off and play with)

I've had so much fun finding the scraps with this guide! the cassidy creek one was a bit tough. It seems sometimes that the scrap paper appears a few second after you arrive because when I got to the light house I came up right where I would have seen it but I had to circle the light house around to find it. This guide is still perfect for me! I'm stuck at the airport one the part where you need a helicopter, i've gotta go get me one! I dunno which point I should hop off of if I did use the parachute.

#4 description isn't quite right there are 3 long green poly tunnels with two white ones nearer the road. the scrap is in the white tunnel second from the roadside.

#47 LOL on the alcove ledge in the tunnel there were no boxes or anything for me! Just the scrap.

#28 That maze was a big pain in the butt and I didn't find the directions very helpful at all.. I ended up having to run blindly through the whole thing until I stumbled onto it and then back out again.. it made me nuttier than squirrel poop! :O
  • bluenovax - October 7, 2013 9:22 p.m.

The maze part is also wrong. When you enter the maze it goes; left, right, right, left, right, left, left, left to get to the letter scrap.

There's a much easier and faster (albeit a bit risky) way to get to scrap #34 atop the yellow crane, and it doesn't require you to find and steal a heli. After you complete Dom's third mission, there's a parachute adjacent the Maze Bank building that will instantly take you up to its roof when you accept the parachute jump. Instead of driving the motorcycle off the ledge, though, you can get off it, turn around and parachute your way to the top of the building under construction across the street adjacent the crane. It's easy as long as you pull the chute as soon as possible and pull up. Once on top of the building, though, comes the more risky and slightly terrifying part: there but a few slender red beams connecting the building to the crane, and you have to skywalk upon them over to it. I recommend going into stealth mode with LT to slowly make you over. Once there, it's a simple matter of dropping down onto the ledge just below and climbing a couple ladders, and then, there's another conveniently located parachute jump just up there so you can go down in style!

You fail for the Number 24...
  • LILBIGGIEBIG - September 26, 2013 5:21 p.m.

Where can you find # 24?
  • mlaw2008 - September 27, 2013 9:55 a.m.

They were way off with where they marked #24. From where they have 24 marked, look northwest to where the observatory is (the place with large dome tops). Go there and then head north along the dirt path until you come to the Big O.
