HADES, PT. 2: THE THREE JUDGES to HADES' THRONE ROOM
Minotaur Horn 2
Once you’ve passed the Judges’ challenge – more or less – you’ll be ushered through a Hyperion Gate that’ll teleport you to a walkway that snakes around behind their giant stone heads. Eventually, you’ll see the head of the Judge with curved horns, next to a strange, yellowish haze.
Ignore the haze for now (you’ll know what to do with it when the time comes) and make a hard right, ducking behind the wall on the far side of the catwalk. The camera will then wheel sharply around, revealing another Hyperion Gate.
Step inside and you’ll find yourself in the locked chamber the Judges wouldn’t let you into, which coincidentally also houses a chest that contains the second Minotaur Horn.
Phoenix Feather 2
Further on, you’ll find a vertical chamber with a huge, open furnace that you can stoke (with the help of a few bombs) to glide up far enough to lower a big, grill-like platform.
Before you soar up and leave the room for good, though, you should check out what’s behind that big door with all the hands on it.
Hey, look at that! It’s a bunch of hands! Hands you need to kill.
Two good things will come of this: First, you’ll unlock the “Mr. Hand” Trophy for finding the “secret” room. Second, there’s a chest at the back of the room that holds your next Phoenix Feather.
Gorgon Eye 4
Hephaestus is pretty friendly for an Olympian, don’t you think? Too bad he’s holding out on you.
Run to his left, past his giant water basin and up the stairs toward that suspiciously huge, ornate locked gate.
Once you’re up there, the next Gorgon Eye is just to your left.
Phoenix Feather 3
After you've climbed to the third floor in Hades' Palace, you'll be confronted with an imposing statue of Hades; turn the crank in the middle of the floor, and Persephone's glass coffin will be hoisted into view, setting up a puzzle.
For now, though, run around the walkway to the left of the statue until you reach an enclosure with a ladder to your right.
Climb up and you'll see two Red Orb chests, at which point you should turn and head into the semi-hidden alcove at right.
There, inside the Hades statue's head, is the third Phoenix Feather - and your first magic boost.

Once you’ve dealt with Hades, you may think you took everything he had to offer when you stole his monstrous hooks. Not so – jump into the now-safe water, and you’ll find another treasure that used to belong to him.
Above: Start here and jump over to the right
Above: It’s down toward the bottom. See it?
Swim a little to the right when you’re above the water, and then dive down to the bottom. The helmet that used to cover Hades’ disgusting head is there for the taking.
Like Zeus’ Eagle, the Helm can confer special, Trophy-killing powers on you once you’ve finished the game, this time by maxing out your health, magic and item meters as soon as it’s activated.
CITY OF OLYMPIA
Minotaur Horn 3 and Gorgon Eye 5
Olympia’s only major secret is also a twofer: find it, and you get two collectible power-ups. Luckily, it’s not that difficult to find. After you’ve busted through the city’s monster-sensitive gates and made your way to the second gap that you’ll need to ride harpies to cross, you may notice a seemingly inaccessible cliff on the other side of a big chasm.
Above: Look carefully at the upper right. See it?
Once you’ve ridden to the other side of the gap, run around for a few seconds until a harpy respawns. Then, coax it as far to the right as you can before hooking onto it.
Now all that’s left to do is to ride your new friend up and to the right; if you aim it correctly, you should be able to reach the ledge without a problem.
Once you’re there, you can help yourself to your fifth Gorgon Eye and your third Minotaur Horn, which should finally power up your item meter.
This one couldn’t be simpler. Just walk to the right of where you beheaded Helios, and look for the shiny thing on the ground. Pick it up, and the shield is yours.
Turn this thing on when you’ve beaten the game, and it’ll automatically multiply your hits counter by three. Not sure why you’d want that unless you’re going for a Trophy, though, and using the Shield sort of kills those completely.
Minotaur Horn 4
Before you head into the Path of Eos, there's one more secret to find: at the right of the area where you killed Helios, just south of where you found the shield, you'll see an indistinct gold haze.
Flash your gross new head at it, and you'll find a hidden chest containing the fourth Minotaur Horn.
