To get the lion upgraded to the dune cat and luna cat at the jail he will say he feels funny same thing for the three goddesses {first dune then luna}click yes when you are asked to take a look then you will see a movie clip and WALA a powerful lion ps. you can fuse the lion with demons and level up but he wont change.

After every battle go to the place where you deposit your Macca. If you lose you won't lose any Macca. And Save after every battle. (It's sort of cheap but it's a good strategy)

At the start of the game, when you go through the time portal and wake up at the timetower, there will be a green demon nearby. His name is Wartak, do his quizzes to get some VERY good demons at the start of the game. HOWEVER you will need to level up and get the Kingloc before you can use/fuse them.

To get a stronger Demon first recruit as many demons as you can. Then go to the Fusion center and fuse them all with your guide. And you have an incredibly strong demon guide. And your guide will not change from fusing. You need to raise it a bunch of levels and then it will change. (P.S. to give you the heads up Amy and Lena get captured and they die)

Save your game and go to a webnet centre and link with a friend. Fuse two demons together if you get a rubbish demon and your friend gets a good one, fuse them and then tur off the power on the gameboy with the rubbish monster. Keep the power on the good monsters gameboy. When it says "Finished fusing, link gameboys" or whatever, turn of the power. When you turn it on again, you friend will have his good monster and you will still have your old monster.

After you beat Quazir (big boss at the end)you will be visited by Lord Light. You will be given 3 options.
1. More Adventure
2. Rest & Recuperation
3. Rebirth
Rebirth will make you start the whole game over, but with all of your current monsters + your current level.
I have no idea what R&R does.
More Adventure sends you to this place called the Old Tower. This place is chok-full-o-monster's souls, but don't go in 'till your ready. Before going in I suggest that you go to the dark palace in Dem. If you talk to Lucifer he SHOULD join your party. Then, go to the Orgel room. If you talk to the sisters in the right order(past:black lady,present: white lady, future:red lady)they will join you. In the Old Tower you will face three bosses Giglamis, Dredalus, + Shiva. Watch out! These bosses are hard! Bring along a LOT of healing items + magic.

Find out what type the Demon you're trying to catch is and if you have one have a Demon of that same type for example Dragon against Dragon you will have a very easy catch! I hope this helped you! Enjoy!
