Wonrie and Kido: Beat them in a story mode
Ponygon: Win time attack five times
Zeno/Zoen: Use pasword and put in the code on the card the game comes with.
Victeream: Collect all mamodo cards
Laila: Collect all event cards
Milodo-Z: Collect all spellcards
Laila(wakened): Collect all the cards

to unlock Laila get all event cards in the game.

Kido and Power-up Kido.
To get Kido and Dr. Riddles just beat their chapter in story mode. To get "power-up" Kido Beat the first ten chapters in story mode, then beat the gold Kido at the park. Tip: If you're having trouble beating the gold Kido, go to options and set the difficulty to very easy.
