Sniping Without A Rifle
Okay you take out your ID scanner and zoom in with the C stick and find a guy. Put the little green circle on the guy and don't touch the gray joystick. Use the control pad to get to your other weapons use some thing long range like your regular gun. Hold down the Z button and fire. The gun shot where the little green circle was. Zoom in on your ID scanner and you will see that he is dead.
