If you want your car to dance, crash into a pole. But you will slow down and lose damage. So do it while boosting. Or else, you'll lose valuable time

Go on the side where the cars are going the opposite way you are going. In other words, hit a car on the hood. You have to hit it head on. If you do just that, your car will fly for a while.
