Moviefone has a whole bunch of new Prince Caspian pictures, including some of the new creatures. SFX was lucky enough to see some footage of the movie at the Total Film Red Carpet event a few weeks back, and believe us, the CG mice are fantastic.

MGM has bought the script for a comedy called Bobism about a shy collegian who discovers that life in 1,000 years will be based on his blog, reports Variety .

LA (Sci Fi) Story
Columbia has picked up the script for a movie called Battle: Los Angeles about an alien invasion which kicks off in Santa Monica, according to Variety . Hope they have a nice day.

Heroes Creator Turns Novelist
Heroes creator Tim Kring will be co-writing writing an alternate history trilogy of books called The Flag of Orpheus with novelist Dale Peck, says Variety . Apparently it’s about, "the abuses of power and moral obligation to resist it". The first volume, Shift, is scheduled for a 2009 release.

SyFy Portal reports that Bryan Fuller is introducing a gay character into the second season of Pushing Daisies. He will have a crush on Emerson.

Moths Award Nominated
The radio version of Toby Hadoke’s brilliant stage play Moths Ate My Doctor Who scarf has been nominated for a Sony Award, reports Outpost Gallifrey .
