Thin Ice
When you get to the large strike on Governor's island, one of you're objectives is to blow up the tower. After killing all the Russians on the ice, pick up a rocket launcher or do the cheat for the rocket launcher and blow up the remaining tower. This is the only way the tower can be blown up C4 doesn't work!
Get Liberty Island Stage
Finish the game one time using any difficulty level
Level help
So stuck on a hard board? Maybe cant get by an area? Use the manholes to travel to different parts of the level and then do objectives there which will help you in the previous level.
