Namco has announced that its Xbox 360 game Frame City Killer will not be released and development on the title has been stopped.
Frame City Killer was to be an action game featuring non-linear gameplay and was in development for Xbox 360 using Unreal Engine 3. It involved a hit man exploring a futuristic Asian city on the trail of a mysterious terrorist.
Unfortunately Frame City Killer wasn't at last week's E3 and Namco explained the absence with this official statement: "We are sorry to say that we have decided that Frame City - the Xbox 360 game which our company had planned for a spring 2006 release - will not be released. Our apologies to everyone who was looking forward to the game's release."
