Once you have started to crack in to the popularity points, this Showcase will become available just to the north of Montano Plains. While it may seem pretty easy to beat a hot air balloon in a race, it has a major head start and you’ll need to keep the pedal to the metal to reach the finish line before the balloon touches down to the ground.
