This is one of the more odd barns located in the game, and can be found in the center of the town of Beaumont. When you enter the town, look for the run down barn surrounded by the fancy buildings. If you enter the town via the road that runs northeast into it, the barn will be located on the east side just as you enter the town, up an alleyway that will allow you to access it.
