What was the first game you stayed up all night playing? The game that made you see the sun come up?

Flight Sim X (flying from Tampa to Honolulu, IFR)
Battlefront 2- beat every single level, with every single mode for each level, with both sides for both eras (i was hallucinating battlefront for five days afterwards)

uh...gosh let me think...
I guess it would have been Goldeneye, Duke Nukem, or Mario 64...
most recently was Smash Bros Melee (unlocking all the characters for the friends that were coming over the next day) then playing that game all the next day w/ said friends...
Most recently was Metal Gear Solid 4...I could not put it down!
If I had to work that w/end, I would have lost my job b/c I would have "No called-no showed" both days!! - -

Team Fortress 2 was the only "legit"(I mean I stayed WHOLE night on the computer).By the morning I had been banned by at least 10 servers(or kicked-I'm just too good).Other games just kept me awake half night.Like Half-Life.

I've never stayed up ALL night playing a game ever. Not until the sun came up.
But the first game I ever stayed up until 4am playing was Enter the Matrix. I don't know why I thought it was cool.

I stayed up all night playing LoZ: Ocarina of Time. that water dungeon kept me up for almost 6 hours and after that i had to keep playing to see what happened. Other then that Halo 2 has cost me many a nights sleep. Twilight princess as well. But that stupid water dungeon was horrible, a whole nights sleep and probably some of my sanity went into beating that.

The first game i stayed up all night playing has to Starcraft. But most recently Bioshock i had to get all those little sisters.

My first I cant remember, but my latest was playing Metal Gear Online with some girl I met through the game. Weve played well into the morning before, and only stopped because we felt obligated to after so long. We dont play much anymore, But we still message each other professing our most undying e-love, and how we miss the kinky improvised vitual avatar sex (youd be suprised what you can do when both people are trying).

I think it was Halo 2. But I do it often at sleepovers playing Halo 2/Halo 3/EDF2017/Combat Arms, etc.

My most recent was just a month ago, Metal Gear Solid 4. Chicken Emblem run.
Really haven't played Metal Gear Solid 4 since.

I, too, have stayed up all night playing The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. I was trying to one-up a friend of mine and beat the game 100% in one sitting without dying or turning the system off so my total games played read 000. I succeeded.
I remember staying up all night playing Lunar: The Silver Star for Sega CD one summer at my grandparent's house. In fact, I played Warcraft 2: The Tides of Darkness all night once when I was there, too. Maybe not once... maybe many times. Can't be sure. "They're destroying our city!"
The night I got Bomberman 64 I stayed up all night playing it.

the first final fantasy. i stayed up all night for quite awhile on that one.
but th eone game i was FORCED to stay up and play was resident evil for psx. i couldnt afford a memory card at the time and i had no choice but to play straight through.
yeah that blew lol
great game tho

Timesplitters 2 multiplayer with three of my closest buddies. More recently was GTA 4 at my friend's house, only cause everyone else fell asleep 'cept for me and no one was telling me to stop.

Meant to bring this up in the cast, but we also stayed up till about 430am working on Rock Band's endless setlist last December.
We're going to do Rock Band 2 next Friday. Maybe we'll document it, try to live post stuff in the forums?
