Gordon Freeman... sorry -_- Idk, probably not solid snake, or altair, as one likes to hide in boxes and I'm sure the rest would see right throu that one, and altair needs to get up close to kill, Hitman 47 is a master of disgise so maybe him... sam fisher is too broody and would get easily distracted by altairs antics.
Gordon Freeman would kick all their arses though...

There is no perks for winning Gamespot Ultimate Hero of All Time.While they all talk about silent, they don't keep their mouths shut all the time, but focus on the question at hand.
47, and Solid Snake are both clones. Altair and Sam Fisher aren't modified humans. The only problem with 47 is he has the barcode in the back of his head. One advantage 47 has is he is asexual. Bewbies do not get in the way.

I feel like Snake would just lurk in some shady corner and wait for Hitman 47 to annihilate everyone else, then attempt to sneak for the kill.
