when i play it the game runs fine for about 5-20 minutes then crashes. i get a blue screen with text that says taking physical memory dump and my computer restarts then steam "updates" the game.
why is the game crashing?

my guess would be your pc does not meet the minimum requirements,
post ya specs

Update drivers, particularly video. Update windows, and maybe reinstall the game. Also post the blue screen error code.

my computer is more than enough to play the game
vista 32 (gonna get win 7 64 soon)
2.2ghz quad core
two ati radeon 4850's in crossfire
4gigs ram
i can run it smooth as butter on maximum but it just crashes. i just updated my video cards, what else is there that i might need to update?
