What classic games are you playing these days?

I don't know why a similar thread isn't already on here, but since I live in the past, I'll kick it off.
Been playing a bit of Castlevania Bloodlines recently and it has always bothered me that the dripping blood from the hanging torsos didn't inflict damage. It just feels wrong! It's so funny that the first CV game to prominently feature blood really seemed to go over the top with its first Sega release. Take that, Nintendo censors!
Since my 360 red ringed and my I couldn't play my 1 VS 100, I fired up Capcom's Quiz and Dragons to compensate. The early 90's questions are always a hoot, the music is boss and I love the bastardized American artwork. This is one arcade cabinet that I would do cartwheels for.
So, whatcha playing?

Well actually there really is one, but the name of the topic may have not been what you would think it is but never mind that, we don't have a specific Mod here anyway.
I've been playing a few of my old Mario games lately. A bit of Super Mario 64, Super Mario RPG, Super Mario World and Paper Mario with Yoshi's Island also included.
I remember why I loved them so very much.

Been playing Mechwarrior 4 Mercenaries since the announcement of the new Mechwarrior game.
I usually fire up my Wii once a month to play old Nintendo games, but haven't this month.

Was playing some Gals Panic with my bro, earlier tonight. It's like Qix, but sexier! Better than the erotic Megatouch version of Look Out, even! That and all the Japanese madness.

I was having a sandwich at a local pizzeria yesterday and overheard some college kids reminiscing about Goldeneye and Perfect Dark! The were complaining about the one stick controls, but when I threw a Goldeneye party a few years ago, I recall it still playing well enough.
Don't kill Doctor Doak, now!

The Megaman Collection released on the original XBox is BC with the 360. I play it often, so take it from me. The Megaman X Collection never did see an XBox release, which is a damned shame.

Played through a '91 Famicom game called Cocoron, last night. Imagine a Megaman clone where you create your own character, choosing from a selection of heads, bodies and weapons that you can level up throughout the nonlinear stages and then going ahead and making half a dozen more, to suit the different situations you'll encounter. Creating a Gundam tank that lobs flower grenades or a an Astro Boy clone that can hover and toss pencils is a real hoot.
Some of the bosses and enemies are pretty wacky and although the levels are nothing special, the variety in characters you can create is quite amusing. Once you get through the initial stages and then have to rescue your captured creations, the game gets tough, so expect to do a lot of restarting or just use save states. I don't have the patience for 8-bit shenanigans these days, so you better believe I was saving and loading during that segment.
If you're looking for a fun couple of hours playing a game that absolutely should have come stateside, then give Cocoron a whirl or at the very least, check out the HG101 entry, below.

Got done with one of my favorite games from N64, Paper Mario.
Loved playing it again as much as I did the first time.
My Super Nintendo is for some reason experiencing some problems at the moment...I wanted to play Super Mario World and Yoshi's Island, but I can't...Well, Super Mario World will at least start up although the screen is messed up and I can't see options clearly when it asks what file do I want to play on, do I want to play one or two player, etc. As for Yoshi's Island, unfortunately, it's not starting up at all...
That ******* sucks.

Nice to know you're able to play Paper Mario again. As I told you, myself, I'm starting on TTYD again, although that's not considered a classic...heh.

been playing me some Dragon Quest IV... though it's not totally a classic, since I'm playing the DS remake of the PS remake of the NES original. But since I played the original, I'm counting it. :P and besides that, some MVC2 since it just got released on Live.

I've been playing the original Spyro's if those count as classics and I recently got Sonic Gems Collection, Sonic Mega Collection, and Megaman Anniversary Collection and Im playing those. If my parents will let me I plan of getting Megaman X Collection from the same place I got all those other games except Anniversary which I got from a Game Crazy. I just really recently got back into classic gaming. I got into gaming in about the late 1990's when my parents bought a PS1 cus my Uncle had one. We had a Activision classic collection game which all the games were for the Atari 2600.
Also I recently got something which allows me to play 12 classic Namco Games. It has a Joystick, a A Button and a B Button. It hooks up to a T.V. and it is fun. It also has an on and off switch, takes 4 Double A batteries and has a Menu Button which while your in a game you press it to pause and to return to the game selection menu. The Menu Button is a Insert 25 Cents Button thing which is awesome. I can't acctually remember having this much fun gaming in a long time.
