Well Halo 3 is an old game, with 2 previous games to back up it's popularity before it's release. (Actually, you could just say Halo 2's multiplayer backed up it's popularity)
It took InfinityWard about...well let's see...5 games until the next one would hit the top of pre-orders?
But anyways, I pre-ordered it, one more week!

Too bad Halo 3 will end up being the better gane.
Don't get me wrong, I like COD. I haven't played COD MW 2. I bet I'll like it, but it's just not Halo. People who just play COD are those that are bad at FPSs, that's almost 50% of the preorders.

Anyways, I just assumed Infinity Ward created Call of Duty 1, 2, 3, 4, and World at War, I don't continuously look up information like a hopeless fanboy.

well a lot of people are still playing halo 3. especially now that ODST is out. In fact, for a while it went back up to the #1 most played game on xbox live, two years after its release. MW2 may be able to make a dent in that but i doubt it will completely knock it out of the most played games list.

I was referring to the games released before the record-setting pre-orders. If you still can't process words into thoughts, here:
Before Halo was released, it set the record for most pre-orders. Prior to Halo 3, Bungie released only 2 games with Halo in the title, thus, building up the popularity for Halo 3.
Modern Warfare 2 just broke the record of pre-orders, but Infinity Ward had released 3 games, in order to build Modern Warfare 2's popularity. I did look it up, and you were correct on the releases.
Bungie still wins, I win the argument. I've had sex 4 times. 4 more times than you ever will. Also, you should probably stop thinking sex equals to how great an argument of yours is. It makes you look incredibly arrogant and moronic.

I don't care if Infinity Ward only made a few of the cod games the BRAND Call of Duty was still produced and boosted by Treyarch and yet Bungie has accomplished as much as them combined
Bungie>Treyarch/Infinity Ward
and yes cod is mush easier to be good at

That's a fact not an ignorant generalization. It's very rare that you see someone who only plays COD try to play another game with enough skill to be considered "good" . COD is not a hardcore game whats so ever. It's pretty average. Not bad, but not great. It's been ran into the ground. It's just one of those games that make people feel good about themselves because they get twenty kills.
COD is a casual gamer game. COD "pros" are the joke of gaming.
