Who here loved the id Software shooter Quake?

Quake was an excellent FPS that was the first true 3d FPS in 1996. Also had 16 player multiplayer. I had a great time playing this game as a 6 year old.
This was the first multiplayer game I played at my dad's workplace since they had a great internet connection.

I bought Quake 2 from Goodwill for $2 a year back or so. It was ugly and brown. Very very brown.

I loved Quake, didn't play the first one but absolutely caned Quake 2 and Quake 3.
I'm tempted to download it from Steam. It's probably ridiculously hardcore so I'll just get dominated. Love that series.
