Other than the Pokemon Games, I remember playing Yugioh: Eternal Duelist Soul for hours upon hours. But sadly, I have no idea where this game went.

let's see... LOZ: Minish cap, Street fighter 2 alphasigma ultrawhaever, Super gunstar heroes, Mario & luigi titles, plus the DBZ RPG titles for GBA was pretty sweet. Also, there was a number of truly awesome castlevania titles for people who might of been fans of Symphony of the night..

Nah, that's only if you post links to it. Hell, I've talked about emulation. It's the only way to do certain things (such as my recent experiments on mega man X3 using cheats)

Not counting ports/remakes, definitely Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap. Played through that at least three times. Beyond that, probably Fire Emblem Sacred Stones, Golden Sun, and Kirby & the Amazing Mirror.

As far as I know, Emulation isn't illegal if you own the game, you are emulating.
Like I own a copy of Chrono Trigger, If I (for some reason) wanted to play an emulated version rather than my own copy of the game, I'm pretty sure its legal for me to do so.
As long as I'm not using the contents of the ROM in an illegal manner.

Correct sir. Emulators in and of themselves aren't illegal at all, as far as I'm aware. ROMs are legal if own a legal copy of the game in question. You are allowed to own a digital copy of all media you own legally, so long as you don't distribute it.
Anyway, to answer the question, Final Fantasy VI Advance and Zelda: Link to the Past.

I own the physical copies of the game (well, atleast I paid for them....) so from the comments I'm still in the legal zone....I think

exactly, I own the original mega man X3 game, so my emulation is legal. Now if I were to say, download a game I didn't own, it's illegal.

My fave GBA game is probably Tactics Ogre Gaiden. Although it's the easiest Tactics Ogre game, it still does the series proud. Too bad a new game hasn't been made in 6+ years...startin' to wonder if the series will ever be revived.

Metroid Fusion/Zero Mission are my two favourite games. I am so happy that as of next year Metroid is returning to the 2D format on the handheld. Listen, I don't care how many times you tell me, FPS does not work on the DS. Prime Hunters was OK, but it gave me hand cramps and got me dizzy when playing it.

Most of my favourite GBA games are the ports of the older Nintendo games, like the Super Mario and Final Fantasy games. Other than that, my favourite game was probably Golden Sun.
