Im really starting to hate Nintendo now, this is bull****, i buy a DSI on release date, then they bring out 3 new colours, now this.
Seriously, why do i even bother? A lot of my faith in Nintendo actually giving a **** about its customers has faded.

Exactly, im surprised new Wii colors havent bben out yet but the DS's, they are going model to model, color to color wtf no can afford to keep changing its BS.

Exactly my point. I remember when everybody criticized the Wii because of its "none hardcore games" and the fact "Nintendo are forgetting about their customers" and that they are just trying to make money, but i didn't believe and stuck with the Wii.
But i think parts of that are starting to become true with the DSI.

Only reason i got it was because 1. a deal at GS. 2 download games and thats pretty much it. The camera and internet are okay but didnt influence my buying + the fact the GBA slot it gone. The only thing that could turn ti around for me and GB/GBC downloads, Id go crazy with them say with GBA.

I only bought a DSI because i didn't get a DS Lite, i only had a DS, and one day the microphone broke, and when i saw Mario & Luigi: Bowsers Inside Story, i knew that it used the Microphone, which was really the reason. Also, i really did need a new DS and everything else just came with it like Internet etc.

So far there has been: DS, New DS colors, DS Lite, New DS Lite colors, DSi, New DSi colors, and now DSi LL. Nintendo just loves releasing a new model of the same handheld every other year. But, I suppose people are buying them.
Prediction: the DSi LL will probably cost around $200, and it will sell millions. A few months after release, Nintendo will unveil 3 new colors for the DSi LL.

yep then 6-10months later the next DS or nintendo handheld be in producation then we all get made about having the DS,DSlite, DSi, DSiLL or whatever its gets old.

The DSI LL will sell a couple million, but if Nintendo make another version of the DS after this one, then im desserting Nintendo, i put up with enough crap, its like Nintendo are almost punishing their most valuable customers, i got a Wii on release date (well, i was lucky, i actually got someone else's tee hee) and then 4 years later OH new colours and crap. I get to look at a wonderful looking red Wii while i have my s****y white one, its bullcrap.
And the DS is worse, its like Disney exploiting Mickey Mouse for what he is, except Nintendo seem to be on steroids they're doing it so fast.

And if we can learn anything from the Wii, it's that the DS successor will have only slightly better graphics and some new gimmick that won't work.
Oh, and bigger screens, MUCH bigger screens...

Well, there were rumours that Nintendo were releasing a new handheld next year with amazing graphics, but Nintendo said it was speculation.

Hmm...
Perhaps Nintendo is starting to care about graphics. Well if it's a huge improvement, it might be worth a purchase. Here's hoping.
Note: I realize I may have just said some variation of "teh graphix r al dat matterz!". Trust me when I say that I believe gameplay is more important than graphics...to an extent.

Well, i hope it does come out at some point, but i hope its not next year if its released, i think about 2-3 years should be long enough for it to come out.

why do you care?
It's a new DSi with bigger screens. It's not different.
It's not like there are any improvements. If anything, it's a DS for older people. Bigger stylus, etc.

I care because it will make my DSI look crappy in comparison. The 3 colours it comes in look cool and it has 2 hours extra battery life.

Look, the DSi LL is like a big version for old people. It's battery life is most likely going to be awful.
