Get Mini Game Running Race

Teach Moigle how to tie his shoes. Now continue game play until you fight the final Cat Commando(Swamp area) . After finishing the Cat Commando teach Moigle the running race game for 35 points. Go to the junkyard and go over to the Wheel Of Laughter. Go behind the barrel to the left and have Moigle put the old sneakers you find there on. Now go back to the swamp to play the running race mini-game.
