Trailer Trash 10

The week’s weird, wacky and WTF videogame trailers

Words: GamesRadar US

To close out the week, here are a couple of WTF Japan?! WiiWare videos to delight and confound.

Drill Sergeant Mindstrong

An ancient Japanese proverb says that, “The nail that sticks out gets hammered down.” Hence, this game in which the drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket yells at you in a weird Exorcist demon voice while you play mini-games. The only thing wrong with this trailer is that everyone knows turkeys don’t wear helmets, not after they’ve been cooked anyway...

Minna no Theater

Nothing says video-on-demand like sock puppets! We’re fervently hoping that the US will get this incredible video streaming service for the Wii, and hopefully some delightfully insane ads to go along with it.

Where do they get these ladies? Is there some kind of Future Inc. picture dump of trashy sexy ladies?

There's been a Harry Potter trailer in the last five trailer trashes. For ****'s sake Brett, I mean Harry (TalkRadar joke).

Why does Japan get all the bat-shit crazy stuff? I wonder if the drill sergeant game ends with you blowing your brains out all over the washroom...I'm guessing no.

When ever I look at these Trailer Trash vids, I feel obligated to say "WTF?" at least a dozen times per video.

WTF has happened to Scooby Doo? I grew up with the Doo man. Cartoon Network made the New Scooby Doo a little while back with some Soooby Doo movies where the monsters are actually real and not people in masks. Screw that noise son, old school Doo will never die.

Oh well done, Greed. 4 comments too late, and in the same week as the "What to Say to the Guy who Comments "FIRST!!" article. Classy timing. I just hope you're ashamed of your slow typing. Delete your account.

I am actually quite amazed that no one has commented on the last video "Minna no Theatre". The others deserved to be in Trailer Trash but Minna was the only one that made me laugh
