I agree with the art one. What the hell is wrong with non-humorous adults (aka governments and some parents)? It takes a dumbass parent not to look at the RATINGS of a game!!! I mean, that's what ratings are for, TO KEEP THE GOVERNMENT OFF OUR DICKS.
Ok, so we're ALL suposse to pay just because dumbass Tony bought little Jonny(8) over there Grand Theft Auto IV (rated M for fucking MATURE, as in 17 and up!) and over the top protective Martha got mad cuz little Jonny killed Vlad. How the hell is that fair to the rest of us who CAN actually play the dam thing?
And just because of that kind of situations, games are not consider a form of art.
Fucking dumbasses.
You keep telling it like it GamesRadar, I suport you guys 100%. I believe we all do.
I bought FarCry 2 with the Amazing cardboard wrap around. On the cardboard it says, GameStop Exclusive........WHAT??? There is nothing extra in the game... Company's that do this should consider " going Green " HAHAHAHAHA
Lol...they should incorporate the Xbox Avatars into CoD 4 or WaW...imagine fighting a group of Nazi zombies only to get jumped by a boss zombie that is really your avatar...or being able to execute Imran Zakahev when he is really your avatar
The only people who like the retro arcade games are the people who grew up playing them. Of course Mega Man 9 is gunna make you feel like your a kid again, because when you were a kid you used to play games like that.
But what about the kids today? They grow up on Halo and GoW. They dont give a crap about Mega Man 9. So in a sense, its not that the game is awsome, its just a fun trip down memory lane for us older gamers.
at least they wrote some relevant stuff into there, DLC is a travesty of unheard proportions and you SAPS support it. Also special editions should be written into this because an honest gamer really would not give 2 shits about some bogus extra stuff - its about the GAME
I disagree with the avatar thing - especially what you said about creating characters not being the fun parts of games. For example, LittleBigPlanet, without the creativity and ability to customize your Sack person, is nothing more than just a boring, repetetive platformer with pretty graphics. Sure, even with the ability to customize characters it's nothing special, but you get my point right? And also, it's nice to have something to look at while you're deciding what game to play, and creating funny avatars and Miis is entertaining. And Miis have lots of uses, like Wii Sports. Would you rather play as some generic tennis character than your Mii? And XBox avatars are new, but they're used for games like Kingdom for Keflings. So really, this article is inaccurate, because you can't tell us what we do and don't care about.
I really dont like the 360 avatars.
Im not a little girl, i dont like dollies.
I find it emabarrassing when people see my avatar when i turn on my 360.
Yes i know i could make the Joker or something but i got better things to do with my time, such as playing games.
Yeah, I agree with the difficulty setting and the avatar points (home is the most pointless thing I've ever "played"). But are you sure that you're not excited by the wii motion plus??!!
You also should have added "how many units each console is said to have sold/who is winning the console war" and "which console has the "best" exclusives!!!" (it's subjective damn it!!!)
I agree about the new maps and leveld that come out for games online, I mean shure most of that stuff is worth buying but they should just put them online for free most of the time they even put these downloads out BEFORE the games are released just include them with the disk.
