You do not understand:
Ken, Guile, Balrog, etc are "American" so there is an 'American Flag' with 'United States of America'
Eagle, Birdie, Dudley and Cammy are "English" So Fair enough to put an "England" title to them.
But It is incorrect to put the British flag next to this title.
The British flag (Union Jack) represents the Union of the Kingdom of England, the Kingdom of Scotland and the Kingdom of Northern Ireland, as Wales was not a Kingdom but a Principality it could not be included on the flag.
Having these Highlighted areas in dark gray should not be represented as "England" its "Great Britain".
Understandable if it said Britain the pointer could could point there but it says England.

seem to be jumping to conclusions also. A characters stage and their country of origin don't always coincide.
There are a lot more than just two characters with unknown places of origin Bison, Oro, Akuma etc

here is my opinion on where the origins of Ingrid, Q, and Seth are located.
Ingrid is from around the Netherlands or Germish county
Q is a robot made from japan or from silicon valley.
And last i think Seth is god i think
