The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion

The Oblivion topless mod became much more infamous than it probably should have. All it does, essentially, is reveal what were anatomically detailed female chests, already included in the game. Unfortunately, when the patch was released, the ESRB had something to say about it. Despite the nudity being accessible only through a third-party mod, the game’s rating was bumped from teen to mature.

Bethesda has subsequently patched the PC version, removing the nipples.

There’s not a lot that’s attractive about the green diaper wearing, no nipple women of Oblivion, but we decided to include them simply for the lukewarm controversy they stirred up. If only the world could see that there’s nothing wrong with ogling medieval boobs.
