To enable “juggy mode” and exercise extreme misogyny, enter “Fake Bust Cunningly Distorted“ into the cheats menu. Start a game and activate the cheat from the pause menu. All that’s left is to maneuver your busty blood-sucker into a corner to find a choice camera angle for observation.
We did find an actual nude patch for BloodRayne 1 from http://nudepatch.uw.hu/, but once you take a look at it, you’ll see why we didn’t include it. Are those nipples or little angry mouths?
