I fucking hate the beggar lady in Assassin's Creed. She is so annoying and they always blow your cover so you have to escape the guards or kill them so more guards come to the scene.

if beggar lady starts following me around, i tend to just kill her outright, then and there. yes, i lose health for it, but i hate her that much.

A few annoying characters there was no room for...
Moira Brown, the Fallout 3 lady who asked you to walk through a minefield, invade a raider stronghold, explore a Mirelurk nest without fighting, expose your self to ungodly amounts of radiation, get hurt, so on, so forth.
Rose, Metal Gear Solid 2. 'Nuff said.

Afternote on Moira Brown... Even when you try to kill her, she survives AN EFFING NUKE. There's NO ESCAPE.

The Assassin's Creed woman threw a rock at me once when I was climbing a building. I'm not sure if it was a glitch but I threw her to the ground and killed her with a sword when she got up.
