i loved Metropolis Street Racer. This was an awesome game which i spent far too long playing, still think it was better than Project Gotham

I missed the dreamcast boat, I'm afraid. I was a PS2 person.
And an original playstationer before that.
But I've played some of these games on nostalgic friends consoles, and I agree. They are UTTERLY wonderful. :)

I never had a Dreamcast. After my N64 I just went strait to PS2. I love Marvel vs Capcom 2 though. ;)

I bought Sonic Battle Adventure 2 for the gamecube (it was pocket change :P) just to play that first level. Honestly, I think it's the best of Sonic altogether. It never felt the same after that...

man, I remember the Dreamcast. Good times at my neighbor's house. Of course, at the time, Sonic Adventure was good. And we were around 8 or 9, so it would still be good if we were still that young... But now I don't think I'd still think it's as good.

I have 4/7 of those games which isn't bad. That's from a total collection spanning 50+ titles.
I just wish they would make Jet Set Radio Future BC with the 360. *Sighs*

Alright, so I just made a quick profile here to say a couple words. First, why such an arbitrary number? You chose only the "top 7", despite knowing that certain omissions from your list would be questioned.

Also, the main reason I joined real quick. The glaring omission that nobody else has posited: Armada. Why? Because it was four-player simultaneous awesomeness with a quasi-level up system and ship upgrades. It was like Space Invaders, but awesome. And finally, it's even spawned it's own MMO. Yeah, that's right. Haven't played it in awhile, but it's out there on the interwebs somewhere.

Finally, you chose Skies of Arcadia over Grandia II? Sure, Grandia II was re-released on the PS2, but it was so much more awesome when it was a DC exclusive. And besides, by the time Skies came out, the Final Fantasy franchise had pretty much beaten the whole airship thing to death.

chu chu rocket was by far my favourite game followed by crazy taxi, and what was the crazy scary ass game where it told horrid storys of people faces being burnt off and stuff that was crazy.

i reallyt hink they should rerelease chu chu on xbla
