As Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Game Studios, Shane Kim has overseen the development of Microsoft's biggest games, including Halo 3, Gears of War, and Crackdown.

Satoru Iwata is the President and CEO of  Nintendo. He’s considered one of the greatest CEOs in the world – especially given the success of the Wii. Think Shane Kim is bothered by Nintendo’s breakout success? Not at all.

The two are beyond their company allegiances. Sure, it’s rumored that Microsoft is currently developing a Wiimote ripoff, but the only thing about to be ripped off here are those stifling shirts!
