you forgot the metal gear solid series. all you want to do is go get something to eat while the unskippable credits roll but you cant because you know there will be a dialouge at the end that will somehow tie into the next game. plus the credits seem to take FOREVER!! at least the music is halfway decent

What about Hitman: Blood Money for best credits? That is one funeral to remember for those who have played it...

What about Guitar Hero 2? The achievement specifcally says it's for watching the credits and they take about 20 minutes to run :(

Anyways the reason why I'm 30 something and still in school was because when i was growing up I was retarded. The End. Failureisinevitable, that was an impressive post. You were wrong about Halo 3's ending though; it did happen after the credits had rolled. Up to that point, the game ending made Master Chief appear dead.

Sage62 is right about Madworld's credits being hilarious.

I would like to see some more inventive credit sequences. They can be a memorable way to end a game.

Oh, Come ON!!!! Star Control 2! Truly made the game worth finishing even if the game was already one of the best for the year it came out. And Hitman: Blood Money may have cribbed a page from Giants: Citizen Kabuto's playbook with their creidit sequence. Making it look like the boss fight would be over after one single shot? Rolling the credits to a slowing down/speeding up heartbeat? Ingenious.

I never saw the end of Mario 64 before but if i were mario i would be seriously annoyed! He was gonna get a cake anyway, before all the castle business happened! But what does he get when he saves everyone! Thats right a cake!! I would feel so cheated if i were him! BLOW UP THE DANM CASTLE!!

I think one of the best credits movie is the one from zelda TP, I completed the game over and over again just for the credits. The music is so freaking awesome, it still sends shivers down my spine.

How long did that actually take you to actually write up 5000 letters/spaces. because it would take a long time and now if some one else had done it every one would just instantly look off. I only just got 4789 with this man that must have taken ages. Well done dude.
