Not to mention that the game is full of glitches. I played through it because I love Silent Hill games. Wasn't this supposed to be a game where enemies could break through doors? Guess not if they're all freaking locked. With the glitches, and the almost predictable-from-the-start save for a few things out of left field, I'm not very satisfied with this outing. About halfway through the game, Alex starts talking about the doors, about how he needs to get to work. This could have been utilized better in the game. You know, instead of saying the same old same old. If you liked the movie, then you'll like this game.
I think they have a ton of locked or jammed doors to make you feel trapped, like there is no way out. Plus some doors are locked for good reason. Each of those 133 doors might have had a monster, or Pyramid Head behind it. Some doors are best left unopened.
#60-Its seems to have a padlock on it, although i could easily jump over this 2 foot fence, or i have the other option of slipping through the bars spread out 3 feet from one another, or if im to lazy to do both, i could take this shotgun and shoot the padlock. but no that might it too easy don't want to do that.
Yep Horace pretty much covered it. If you take out the locked doors its like taking out the zombies in resident evil. Wait! They already did that! lol So what does that say about silent hill? : D
I came back to check on my comments and I just noticed "placebo doorways." Before someone starts knocking the established conventions of a generally well received series of games, maybe they should learn what the word placebo actually means.
