The idea of multiple big sisters is TERRIBLe. I'm saying it now. Terrible. It originally just SEEMED like this was 'oh they just decided to make something match the big daddy!' but now it's much more likely than ever!

And how would we stumble upon new advertisement's for things? We should be running into nothing but the same old ones, even if it IS a new area of Rapture. Sure, there could be an ad for a place-specific thing (places in the amusement area, for example) but seeing an ad for a Sander Cohen play that we never saw before means that someone put it up AFTER the first game.

The also look too new, if they pictures say anything. It's been 10 years in a dilapidated, godless, anarchistic jungle. I'm surprised there's even still posters left.

I wonder if Ryan read waaaaaaaaay too much Edgar Allen Poe. This is why the aftermath is sooo friggin' scary. Poe was probably one of his influences.

Ok, here's 2 of My theories, 1) You(the proto big daddy) were Sofia's husband, but you sided with Andrew Ryan, ending your marriage taking your daugher, Eleanor with you, you become the 1rst big daddy, your daughter a little sister as for timeline, the game can just say she was a few months old, maybe 1 or 2 years old, when you became a bigdaddy, giving u time to "sleep" through the B1 timeline a giving enough time for your daughter to become a little sister and eventually escape, maybe all that time shut down erases some memories of ur daughter but not the compulsion of reuniting with her, hence Sofia's hatred toward u for taking ur daughter, and the Big sister(your daughter all grown up) wanting revenge for abandoning her. Going futher down the rabbit hole, if u think about the 1rst teaser trailer the little sister, most likely Eleanor, is holding a Big Daddy maybe as a remnant memory of her father, as for the blue butterflies maybe it's something just You can see, think of it as B2's version of "would you kindly", perhaps ur daughter loved them so they're just some of the pieces of memories of her you have left.
2)This one contradicts my 1rst theory BTW, i believe their is only one Big Sister, she's Jack(B1 protagonist)siter,hell maybe even twin!, hence able to come back to life via vita-chamber. As for the problem between the age difference between Jack and sis, remember that Jack grew up @ an faster rate. Or maybe she's not a twin but, sister? i think so...
Think about it: Jack, a manchurian candidate type born to whack off daddy(Ryan). Eleanor, the sister, maybe engineered to take down Ryan's hulking guardians, the Big daddy. As for Eleanor being Sofia's daughter, they haven't mentioned who's the father, have they?...
