@albinomonkey90 Green Lantern was originally white. Same with Lex Luthor, he was white and then for the cartoon all the sudden I was like, "Wait, when was Lex Luthor a black guy?"
As for the podcast, hilarious as always. I'm a little sad that you guys didn't throw in some Sargent Hatred. Would have been a great fit.
@albinomonkey90 There are thousands of green lanterns that protect different sectors of the universe. Earth is in sector 2814, and has had 4 different Green Lanterns.
The first was Alan Scott, who's powers are mystical based. He has no affiliation with the Green Lanter Corps. Alan is a caucasian.
The second was Hal Jordan, the one featured in the movie. He is caucasian.
The third was another caucasian named Guy Gardner, who was Hal Jordan's understudy. unfortunately a power battery exploded in his face putting him in a coma for years.
The fourth Green Lantern was Jon Stewart. He was the replacement of Guy Gardner. Jon Stewart is a veteran marine who is a african american. He is most known for being the Green Lantern in the Justice League cartoon series by Bruce Timm. I believe they chose to use Jon Stewart to give the team racial diversity.
Chris, I swear I'm not the one who posted your sisters address or whatever. I was already a user and listener and just made this account for laughs. Yeah I'm equally as disturbed that someone knows that.
@SausageLozenge in the early 90s Superman cartoon series, http://img300.imageshack.us/img300/2332/picture3hg4.png. This was the Superman cartoon that was on the WB, maybe that would help jog your memory.
