Forget Killzone Poo. Forget MGS Snore. Forget Drakes (actually I liked Drake's Fortune so I'll leave it at that). THIS is the sole reason for shelling out the money to buy a PS3.

This game looks beautiful... I seriously want to know what that bird, eeerrr kitten, mouse thing is though. In a giant monster sort of way It's cute. But I think that GR is probably right that It's a Colossi before they became mechanical monstrousities. Maybe young Colossi?

Really nice analysis. I could easily see it being a prequel to SotC, which would be really neat. It'd be interesting to see that land before it became desolate and cursed, and seeing how the colossi were created would be very interesting.

I'm personally a little bit disapointed by this trailer. The game looks like it should be the mid point between SotC and ICO, not the follow up to Shadow. I imagine it will play a lot more like ICO and It just feels like a step down from SotC. Can you really watch this and think 'Yes, that game will be bettter than Shadow of the Colossus, and is indeed a progression from it'?

Is there any word on what console this is on? I assume PS3 but I'd hate it if they went the JRPG route and made it for the PS2 (as many do).

Muahahaha! I just got a job and I can basically blow my first few paychecks on whatever I want, Hello PS3. Also from what I've seen, this looks kind of...stupid. It didn't look like it was very fun at all, you ride around on a giant...thing and then run around in caves to find it barrels.
