Bolt 1
Rykan V's first Gold Bolt is just a short trot away from its spaceport, which you'll reach about halfway through the level. Find your way to the chasm at the edge of the spaceport, hop up on the giant crate and then hand-over-hand it across the ledge above. From there, it's just a matter of knowing where to look; the video below will show you as much:
Bolt 2
The next bolt is considerably easier to get to. After you make your way through the Gyro-cycle run, you'll be plopped onto an island with a small building. Don't go in just yet - instead, head over to your left. The bolt is hidden among a few bushes - here's its exact location:
